Economist

Richard Spivack is an economist in ATP's Economic Assessment Office, which focuses on evaluating the long term results of ATP. Richard's research focuses on examining ATP's Health Care Information Technologies . Richard's background includes over 18 years of college level teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Richard received his M.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his Ph.D. from the University of Coinnecticut. His areas of expertise include Urban/Regional Economics, Health Care Economics, and Public Finance. Richard has articles published in the areas of Urban Economics and Health Care Economics.
