Economist

Kathleen McTigue joined ATP in May 1999 and serves as an economist in the Economic Assessment Office. Kathy is involved in preparing the foreign eligibility findings for foreign-owned applicants and awardees. She also supports the EAO's research efforts in assessing the business and economic consequences of ATP projects.

Kathy is completing her thesis for her M.A. in International Economic Policy at American University in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining ATP and during her graduate studies, she worked as an associate editor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She received her B.A. in International Affairs from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.
