Carlos Grinspon joined ATP s' Information Technology and Electronics Office as a Program Manger and General Business Specialist. Carlos is currently managing a number of ATP awarded projects related to electronics and photonics technologies. Carlos focuses on sensors, MEMS, and imaging technologies. Carlos is currently managing projects in the areas of flat panel displays, electronic diagnostic tools, manufacturing processes, and materials for electronic applications.

Carlos has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and an MBA with a focus in Operations from The Ohio State University.
