NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS FOR MICROELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE FOCUSED PROGRAM

January 21 - 23, 1998

ATP will hold the following Public Meetings (Proposer's Conferences) for the Microelectronics Manufacturing Infrastructure (MMI) Focused Program. These meetings will provide general information regarding ATP, tips on preparing good proposals, and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.

Attendance at these public meetings is not required. No registration fee will be charged.
