The 1999 ATP National Meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel San Jose, 2050 Gateway Place, San Jose, California. Situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, between Highway 101 and San Jose International Airport, DoubleTree puts you 45 minutes south of San Francisco and one hour north of Monterey and Carmel. The registration fees are $395 for all 3 days or $240 for one day. The full registration fee includes meeting materials, coffee breaks, lunches, a reception on Monday, November 15, and a dinner on Tuesday, November 16. The meeting registration form must be received by Monday, November 1, 1999, for your name to appear on the preliminary participant's list. All requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing, prior to November 1, to:

DoubleTree Hotel Tel: 408-453-4000 | Fax: 408-437-2899 Meeting registration does not include your hotel reservation. A block of rooms has been reserved at the San Jose DoubleTree Hotel, 1-408-453-4000, at a rate of $179, single or double, plus 10% tax. To register for a room, please send the completed hotel reservation form directly to the hotel, no later than Friday, October 29, 1999. After that date, the rooms will be released for general sale at the prevailing rates of the hotel. If you call in your reservation, please refer to the "NIST/ATP Fall Meeting." Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date to receive a refund. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check-out time is 12:00 noon.
The hotel provides shuttle service from San Jose International Airport, located less than one mile away. A courtesy phone for the DoubleTree Hotel is located in the baggage claim area. Please phone the hotel upon arrival and the hotel van will pick up passengers outside of baggage claim.
