Mark Grabb

Mark Grabb is the Leader of Video Projects at the General Electric Corporate R&D Center in Schenectady, New York. He is the principal investigator of a NIST-ATP funded R&D project "Improving Digital Television Terrestrial Broadcast and Reception." Mark has specialized in Signal Processing and Communications for the last 15 years. Mark received his BSEE, MSEE, and PhD degrees from North Carolina State University, the University of Virginia, and the University of Michigan, respectively. Prior to General Electric, Mark worked at The Analytic Sciences Corporation, Environmental Research Institute of Michigan, Sperry Corporation, and the Defense Communications Agency. He is a member of the Society of Motion Pictures and Broadcast Engineers as well as the IEEE.
