Carl Chun
Carl Chun received his B.S. degree from the University of Hawaii and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is one of the cofounders of RF Solutions and currently is a senior member of the technical staff.
He has worked on large and small signal modeling of semiconductor electronic devices, heterostructure device physics, MMIC and MIC design of transceiver front ends components for wireless and optoelectronic applications, and RF package modeling and design. He has authored an MTT Journal publication and contributed to many journal publications on RF package and device modeling. |
