Edward T. Bullister, Ph.D., Senior Staff Scientist, has significant expertise in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), solving problems in fluid mechanics and bio-fluid mechanics. Dr. Bullister earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. For the last ten years, Dr. Bullister was Principal and Founder of Nektonics, Inc., an MIT spinoff company in Cambridge, MA., which developed and licensed out a unique CFD product to Fluent, Inc. He has also been the Principal Investigator on several Phase I and Phase II SBIR contracts with NASA.
