Electronic Submission System (ESS

  • The ESS provides proposers the option to apply electronically to ATP for cost-shared funding securely via the Internet.
  • The ESS includes:
    • all necessary electronic forms as described in the ATP Proposal Preparation Kit (04/02);
    • a Forms Viewer; and
    • the capability to digitally sign and encrypt the electronic proposal.
